TOWN OF BATAVIA—An 8,000- acre vegetable farm that spans three counties has been honored as the Business of the Year by the New York State Agricultural Society.

My-T Acres, which dates back to 1854, was praised for quality, leadership and innovation in implementing technology and land improvement.

The Lewiston Road farm, which grows vegetables and potatoes for three area canning companies, was incorporated by Richard C. and Robert V. Call Jr. in 1960.
