J.P. Losman, a Buffalo Bills first round draft pick in 2004, is a native of Venice, California. Losman has made his home in the city of Buffalo and is bold about his love of the region.

While many professional athletes get behind a cause, Losman's cause comes from the heart. He is spearheading the nonprofit Buffalo Lives organization in a very hands-on way. It's an effort to clean up and revitalize the community. This grassroots project, Buffalo Lives, is also something Western New Yorkers can get behind.
