Wellsville Carpet Town, Inc. / Ashley Furniture HomeStore has been growing in Western New York for the past 40 years. Our company started as a small carpet retailer and has expanded to five locations with an excess of $20 million in annual sales. Four locations are local with the most recent opening in Orchard Park.

We further expanded operations in New York State by opening a fifth location in Rochester. An additional  Rochester location will open in spring of 2007.

Ashley Furniture Homestores is a licensee of Ashley Furniture, the largest retailer of home furniture in North America. All retail outlets are independently owned and operated licensees of Ashley Furniture.


We opened Wellsville Carpet Town, Inc. / Ashley Furniture HomeStore, a new Distribution Center at Gateway Corporate Park in Batavia, New York located in Genesee County. This center will service both the Buffalo and the Rochester markets. Annual sales are expected to grow in excess of $55 million.

We attribute our great success to the tremendous workforce in the Buffalo Niagara region. 

 

My family and I live in beautiful Genesee County. The area is characterized by beautiful tree-lined streets, classic Victorian homes, excellent school systems, low housing costs, low crime rates, easy commutes, numerous recreational activities, and close proximity to Rochester, Buffalo, the Finger Lakes and Canada. Genesee County is where you'll find great attractions like Six Flags Darien Lake that draws over 2 million visitors per year.

Spectators enjoy watching live horse racing at Batavia Downs Racetrack and the Batavia MuckDogs minor league baseball team. Letchworth State Park attracts over 600,000 tourist annually, most of which take advantage of the colorful fall season. Whether it's sports, boating, skiing, camping, music, art, theme parks or sightseeing, the greater Genesee County region has it all.
