As a recent transplant from the Metropolitan Toronto, Ontario area, I saw a move to Buffalo as a great professional opportunity.  This feeling quickly proved true in both the personal and professional senses.

On the personal level, my wife and I were immediately struck by the welcoming, hospitable nature of the many people we met while walking through the details of the move to a new city and a new country. We found that it was almost like starting your existence over - new credit, new insurance, new home, new cars. etc...  What we also found was that the people of the Buffalo Niagara region have a high respect for family, community and each other.  Awesome! 

Our kids enjoy many of the locally run community activites, and we appreciate that there is actualy space available when you try to enroll.  We come from a place where you line up for hours in advance on the day registration opens to get your children into a program that will fill to capacity in mere hours.  In addition , we find Buffalo Niagara to be a very affordable place to live.  The value for money in everything from real estate to general shopping is a big plus.

On the professional level, I was tremendously impressed with the region's knowledgeable and devoted workforce.  The workforce at our new facility is top-rate, giving our place of business a team atmosphere where people are eager to succeed and the pride of ownership is obvious.
