Michael B. Licata

Business Development Manager

Mike Licata currently serves as Business Development Manager at Buffalo Niagara Enterprise.  He is a life-long resident of Buffalo Niagara who has spent the last 19 years in professional real estate development, and the past three years in regional economic development.

Mike’s extensive Real Estate experience includes work for a number of the region’s top commercial development firms, including Benderson Development,  Ciminelli Development, and the world’s largest real estate service provider, CB Richard Ellis. In addition,  Mike’s experience also includes owning and operating his own Real Estate Consultant and Brokerage company. In the course of his career, Mike has negotiated complex leases and transactions for many companies, among them AT&T, IBM, and ITT.

Mike is a product of the Buffalo City Honors School, and has a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University at Buffalo.  He is an avid golfer, sailor, and a nationally ranked fencer.

He, his wife Carol and their three daughters live in Amherst, NY.

"My life works because in about one hour, I can either be in world class cities like Chicago, New York or Toronto or at excellent ski slopes, wineries and sailing locations.  All of this and still just a 20-minute work commute each day."
