Sarah Larson

Graphic Designer Specialist / Web Manager

 An eye for design and a passion to help is what drives Sarah through her professional life.  Knowing 'Graphic Design'  was what Sarah wanted to pursue - she started studying advertising in high school and went on to receive a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

After 5+ years as a graphic designer at WKBW-TV, Sarah joined BNE's marketing team in 2004 with a strong interest in using her skills to shine a light on the region she was born and raised in.  Sarah enjoys working with a variety of creative people to develop and increase regional brand awareness, Buffalo Niagara Enterprise services, and economic development knowledge both in print and now on the web.

The world of web has become Sarah's focus.  keeping the site fresh, developing new uses, and including targeted marketing tactics is what you'll find Sarah doing daily.  Partner organizations are joining BNE's site, local businesses are picking up the brand, site visitors are increasing, and business representatives are becoming ambassadors.  Sarah welcomes all collaborative interests for the better of the Buffalo Niagara region - where her, her husband, and two young children call home.

"My life works downtown where my career allows me to put my talents to work for the region and with a quick drive back to the suburbs, where I experience the joys of motherhood for hours a day. Here works because my family is entertained all year 'round with a rich balance of the region's seasonal activities."
