Christopher Finn

Research Manager


Chris was born and raised in Albany, NY. In 1997, he moved to Buffalo to pursue his higher education at SUNY College at Buffalo. Here, he received his B.S. in the field of Urban Planning and Regional Analysis. Following this, in 2001, he entered into the Master's program at SUNY University at Buffalo, where he received his Master's degree in Urban Planning. Shortly after graduation, in the fall of 2003, he accepted the position of Research Specialist with Buffalo Niagara Enterprise and was promoted to Research Manager in 2008. Now 29, he currently lives in downtown Buffalo with his wife and daughter.

Specializations: Economic impact modeling (ImPlan software); Demographic analysis; Geographic information systems (GIS) mapping; Commercial real estate; Comparative regional analysis; Data analysis
