Carolyn Powell
Carolyn Powell
Business Development Manager
Carolyn is a Business Development Manager, focusing on the Canadian market. As a resource to Canadian companies, she assists them with establishing their US location, expansion needs, and coordinating any other local resources and professionals needed. Prior to joining the BNE, Carolyn was the GM at HQ/The Regus Group providing Fortune 500, mid-size, and start up companies with executive office space. Carolyn's tenure with HQ/The Regus Group allows her to bring over 8 years of experience in working with Canadian companies as they required an address and/or small office space in the US.
Previous to that, Carolyn worked in the staffing industry for 6 years assisting various manufacturing and warehouse companies with their workforce and staffing needs. Carolyn is currently an active member in NYSCAR (New York State Commercial Association of Realtors), World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara, Working for Downtown, AmCham, CEO Roundtable member, and Buffalo Niagara Partnership. Born and raised in the Buffalo area, Carolyn attended Canisius College where she obtained degrees in both Management and Marketing.
