It's going to take hard work. More of it. And determined and persistent people. It's going

to take commitment. More of it. Not just from a few, but from the whole community. But it's

happening. And it's happening because the time is now for Buffalo Niagara.

Our overall BNE wins and partner projects combined since our inception represent a total of 205 project wins, more than $3.7 billion in investment and a total positive job impact of over 30,000. Together with our partners and investors, we stand poised to continue this growth and build on our established track record of success in attracting new business and investment to Buffalo Niagara.

          This year's highlights:

          BNE

          >21 wins
          >2,389 jobs created or retained
          >$1,872,000,000 new investment

          Partners

          >11 wins
          >2,389 jobs created or retained

          >$452,094,000 new investment

This success occurred during a year that saw BNE continue to refine its business development and marketing strategy, further targeting business expansion opportunities in the Buffalo Niagara region's areas of greatest growth potential.

This year's annual meeting was the last one under the stewardship of our outgoing Chairman, Dunn Tire LLC, president Randall L. Clark.  Randy served BNE with great distinction, and our organization and the entire Buffalo Niagara region are deeply indebted.  His commitment and accomplishments will not be forgotten.

Our new Chairman is National Fuel Gas Company chief operating officer and president David Smith.  We are thrilled to have Dave assume this leadership role with BNE and excited about his vision for our organization's future.

Please feel free to contact BNE for a print version of our report "the time is now."
