We have what it takes to build a 21st century business: a wide selection of affordable real estate options; telecommunications, transportation, and energy infrastructure that's already in place; renewable energy resources; and colleges and universities that each year produce over 25,000 bright, skilled, and enthusiastic graduates.

Buffalo Niagara Enterprise works closely with you to ensure access to up-to-date market and demographic data, provide assistance in identifying sites, and help you take advantage of financing opportunities and economic incentives.
