Executive AirShare Expands Fractional Program to Eastern U.S.

Regional Fractional Launches Service at Buffalo Niagara International Airport

KANSAS CITY, Mo. and BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 14, 2010 --- Executive AirShare today announced the company is expanding its regional fractional aircraft ownership program to serve the Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic region by establishing operations at Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF). Executive Flight Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Executive AirShare providing aircraft management and charter services, will also establish operations for the Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic region at Buffalo.

“We are pleased to now offer the regional economics of our fractional aircraft ownership program in our first expansion outside of the Central U.S.,” said Executive AirShare Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert D. Taylor. “We see enormous opportunity to serve business and leisure users of corporate aircraft throughout mid-state New York and southern Ontario from Buffalo and believe our program offers a superior alternative for business owners and executives in these markets.”
Executive AirShare has signed a long-term lease for a 27,000 square-foot hangar and 4,400 square feet of office space at Buffalo Niagara International Airport and will initiate service in Buffalo with an Embraer Phenom 100 entry level jet, a Beechcraft King Air 350.

Buffalo executive David L. Jones has joined Executive AirShare as regional vice president and will oversee business development and operations for Executive AirShare in the Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic region.

In addition to Buffalo, Executive AirShare serves shareowners in the Central U.S., operating a fleet of Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 and Beechjet 400A jet aircraft, and Beechcraft King Air 350 and C90B turboprop aircraft for shareowners in Kansas City, Mo., Wichita, Kan., Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Fort Worth and Dallas. Its subsidiary, Executive Flight Services, manages aircraft for owners from bases in Fort Worth, Dallas, Wichita and Kansas City.

Executive AirShare, the world’s leading operator of Embraer Phenom jet aircraft, launched its unique regional fractional aircraft ownership program in 2001, with pilots and aircraft based in the same cities as their owners. Shareowners fly in their own aircraft the majority of the time, with aircraft available on a per-day basis, ensuring a service that most closely replicates that of full ownership at a fraction of the cost and without the management responsibilities.

“Because our aircraft stay with their owners on intraday missions, Executive AirShare eliminates the costs associated with deadheading and our owners are never stranded due to scheduling problems or weather conditions,” said Keith D. Plumb, Executive AirShare president and chief operating officer. “We serve as the flight department for our owners, ensuring their safety and comfort while managing costs and delivering exceptional value.”

Executive AirShare currently operates a fleet of Phenom 300 and 100, Beechjet 400A, King Air 350 and C90B aircraft and is the only established fractional aircraft ownership company to offer both the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft. Executive AirShare also offers aircraft management and charter services through its subsidiary, Executive Flight Services.
