A place where fans navigate tiny roads and pass signs for $10 parking on people’s front lawns, and they can walk to a stadium that doesn’t look like the Emirates Palace. And when they do visit they can find an RV in the middle of the parking lot where a Hall of Fame quarterback tailgates just like them – every game-day morning.

— Kaleida Health is moving forward with its plans to build a new facility for Women & Children’s Hospital on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus .
Acting on a request from its physician community to expedite the process, the organization issued a request for proposals (RFP) in early September to identify a financial and/or development partner. The physicians would like to see a new inpatient facility built in the next few years.

The Buffalo company (NASDAQ: CBLI) announced Monday it will receive an initial investment of $9 million from RusNano, with up to $26 million invested over four years, to develop Panacela Labs Inc. The subsidiary will work to develop a portfolio of new pre-clinical cancer drug candidates.
