Charles Woo of St. Catharines has purchased the 13,800-square-foot plaza, located at 3199 Delaware Ave. Woo, through his TideVoice Corp., paid $785,000 for the plaza, buying it from Guida Real Estate Co. LLC, according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office. Len Koch, a broker from Hastings Cohn Real Estate, said the plaza attracted a lot of interest before Woo made his purchase offer. The plaza’s tenants include a Metro Real Estate sales office, an H&R Block Tax Service office and Salon Avanti. |
