Villa Olympic Inc., a Canadian firm that manufactures and distributes heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, has agreed to open its first area location in Niagara County.

Villa Olympic has acquired a four-acre parcel in the Vantage International Pointe office park where it will be constructing a 10,000-square-foot facility. A handful of people are expected to work in the building.

The deal is one of several brokered by Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins from Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian.

Among the others the duo brokered in recent months include:

■English Pork Pie Co has agreed to lease 6,000-square-feet on Broadway in Cheektowaga. An estimated 20 people will work for the company.
■The Kenmore Alliance Church bought a 2,887-square-foot building on Kenmore Avenue in Amherst for a new, satellite location.
■Fastenal leased 3,000-square-feet on John James Audubon Parkway in Amherst for its ninth area location.
■Hospira Worldwide leased 26,000-square-feet from Benderson Development Co. on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga.
■Krow’s Nest Family Center, who was forced to relocate after the Summit Park Mall closed, found a new home. The company leased 13,000-square-feet on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
■Krow’s Nest offers batting cages, video games and party rooms.

Sonwil Distribution landed two new tenants for its Airport International Centre in Cheektowaga.

Moving into the industrial park were Logosol Inc., who leased 5,169-square-feet, and Life Safety Engineered Systems Inc., who agreed to lease 5,000-square-feet.
