Dunn Tire's Clark to Chair Excellus Board

Randall Clark has been named chairman of the board of directors for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and its parent company, The Lifetime Healthcare Companies Inc.

Clark is president and chairman of the board of Dunn Tire LLC. He has previously served as chairman of the board and CEO of Dunlop of North America.

 The East Amherst resident has served as a member of The Lifetime Healthcare Companies’ governing board since 2003 and also serves on the Univera Healthcare Regional Advisory Board.

Rochester-based Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and Lifetime Healthcare Companies is the parent company of Univera Healthcare, which covers members across eight counties of Western New York.

Clark succeeds John Doyle as board chairman
