Western New Yorkers really do like their "Timmy Ho's"
One Million Cups of Coffee and Counting
It appears Western New Yorkers really do like their "Timmy Ho's".
Tim Hortons and Tops Friendly Markets announced today that one million cups of fresh-brewed coffee have been sold inside Tops stores during the first year of the Tops-Tim Hortons partnership.
About a year ago, the two partnered to bring Tim Hortons full-service restaurants and self-service kiosks to all Tops grocery stores in Western New York.
"We're really proud of the fact that we've sold a lot of Tim Hortons coffee," said Frank Curci, CEO of Tops Friendly Markets. "It's a great flavor and our customers really enjoy it. Tim Hortons is a brand that's really in our marketplace and customers want it."
In celebration of the one million cups sold, Tops also kicked off a new promotion. Every time you purchase Tim Hortons product inside Tops using your BonusCard, you'll be automatically entered to win a Sabres Ultimate Fan Pack, including 4 tickets to a game, a limo ride and dinner to the Harbour Club, as well as free Tim Hortons coffee for a year.
The new promotion will run through January 2nd.
